Discounts and Rebates

ReUnite Assist provides up to 75% discount off specific fertility drugs for eligible patients. Patients will receive an email after completing their online application with instructions on their discount savings and additional program details.

Eligible Medications for Discounts:
• Follistim AQ Cartridge (follitropin beta injection)
• Ganirelix Acetate Injection
• Pregnyl (chorionic gonadotropin for injection, USP)

Eligibility Requirements:
• Non-insured prescriptions (100% cash pay)
• Current proof of income (1040 tax document)
• Only available at participating ReUnite Rx pharmacies
• Discount expires one year from the date issued
• Cannot be combined with other discount programs

To apply to the Compassionate Care program, fill out required forms and submit tax documentation that reflects adjusted household income. Based on this, patients may be eligible for discount levels of 10% or 50%, of qualifying fertility medications.

• Compassionate Care is for cash pay patients.
• Discounts cannot be combined with any other programs
• The program is valid for one year after your application is approved

The following are medications the Compassionate Care Program by EMD Serono applies to:
• Gonal-f® (follitropin alfa for injection)
• Ovidrel® PreFilled Syringe (choriogonadotropin alfa injection)
• Cetrotide® (cetrorelix acetate for injection)

Compassionate Care is for cash pay patients in the United States.
• This is mail-in rebate for specific EMD Serono Products
• Patients need to fill out the Go Direct Rebate form and mail in the original pharmacy receipt

The following are medications the Compassionate Care Program by EMD Serono applies to:
• Gonal-f® (follitropin alfa for injection)
• Ovidrel® PreFilled Syringe (choriogonadotropin alfa injection)
• Cetrotide® (cetrorelix acetate for injection)

Active or Veteran Military members automatically qualify for a ReUnite Assist discount of 25%. ReUnite Rx appreciated and supports the men and women who serve our country. We salute you!
To be eligible for ReUnite Assist for Veterans, you must:
• Be active or retired Military or the spouse of one
• An active Military ID or DD214 is required
• Non-insured prescriptions (100% cash pay)
• Current proof of income (1040 tax document)
• Only available at participating ReUnite Rx pharmacies
• Discount expires one year from the date issued

If you are a veteran or the spouse of a veteran who is suffering from infertility, you may be eligible for the Compassionate Corps Program. This program provides free fertility medication to those who are eligible.
The Compassionate Corps Program helps expand EMD Serono Fertility’s mission of advocating for people who want to have a child.
To be eligible for the Compassionate Corps Program, you must:
• Be a retired member of the military or the spouse of one
• Be a veteran or the spouse of a veteran who is:
• Infertile due to a service-related injury
• Not privately insured for infertility medications
• Medically retired
• Have been diagnosed by a physician as infertile and requiring IVF/ART

If a patient undergoing IVF is quarantined due to COVID-19 requiring a cycle cancelation, ReUnite Rx will replace the patient’s Follistim, Ganirelix, and Pregnyl at no additional cost.
ReUnite Reassurance Program Requirements
• Medical records confirming a canceled IVF cycle secondary to COVID-19 quarantine
• Patient must have been on Follistim AQ during their canceled IVF cycle
• Medications were filled at a ReUnite Rx network pharmacy
• Self-pay patient (no fertility drug benefit)

• Follistim AQ Cartridge (limit: 2,700 IU)
• Ganirelix Acetate Merck Brand (limit: 5 syringes)
• Pregnyl (limit: 10,000 IU vial)
ReUnite Reassurance will cover patients who require quarantine mid-cycle. Medical records and attestation from physician with reason for cancellation will be required.
